These terms apply to your use of Somia Naveed Art and to any artwork acquired through it.
The artwork
Every piece is an original work by the artist. Colours may appear slightly different between screens; the work itself is always the reference. Dimensions and details are listed on each piece's page.
Enquiries and purchases
Listing a work here is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer of sale. A sale is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you directly and payment has been arranged.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms, packing and shipping are agreed with you for each piece. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please tell us promptly if a work arrives damaged.
Copyright
The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights in all works, including those that have been sold. Images on this site may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
